If L’Oréal terminates these terms, L’Oréal will email you at the address you provide on registration, and you will be deemed to have received it within one hour of transmission. Termination will be effective at that time. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes to your email address. You may terminate by unsubscribing here. On termination you shall destroy all Content, and copies thereof, obtained from the website.

 

SEVERANCE AND WAIVER

 

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

 

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

 

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer on any third party (whether referred to in this Agreement by name, class, description or otherwise) any benefit or any right (under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise) to enforce any provision of this Agreement or any agreement entered into in connection with it.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 

Except as provided herein, these terms and conditions are the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior understanding or agreements (written or oral). Nothing in this clause will operate to limit or exclude either party’s liability for fraud.

 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

 

The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

LANCÔME TEINT IDOLE ULTRA WEAR FREE SAMPLE OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. The promotion, of a free Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear foundation 5ml sample, is open to all UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Samples are available for collection at all Lancome counters in the UK and ROI. Visit http://www.lancome.co.uk/store-locator to find your nearest store.
3. Only one sample per person.
4. The promotion is open from 22nd February 2017 until 31st December 2017, in line with the opening hours of the individual Lancôme counters. The samples and the specific shades are subject to availability and while stocks last.
5. The Teint Idole Ultra Wear foundation 5ml sample is as stated and there are no alternative samples or cash substitutes available.
6. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the complimentary samples at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
8. Entrants agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
9. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.

"WIN A NUTRIBULLET RED” PRIZE DRAW

 

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or friends, or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free.
3. Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts or from the same IP address will not be accepted.
4. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to be eligible.
5. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries whether due to technical or connectivity problems or otherwise.
6. To enter, entrants must write a review of the Lancôme Advanced Génifique Sensitive Serum, using #byebadskindays in the text, on the official Génifique Sensitive product page on www.lancome.co.uk .
7. Entries which are incomplete or not correctly completed, in accordance with clause 6 above, will be disqualified.
8. Entries must be received no later than 5pm GMT on 30/09/2017.
9. The prize draw will take place on 02/10/2017.
10. Five correctly completed entry shall be drawn at random.

Prize fulfilment and disqualification

  1. 7. Prizes are as stated, they are not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the selected prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
  2. 8. A winner forfeits their prize and Promoter reserves the right to select at random an alternative winner if:
  1. (a) within 3 weeks of being notified by Promoter, a winner does not respond or does not provide their full name and relevant details (if applicable, details for the prize to be despatched to in the eligible country of residence); or
  2. (b) if a prize is rejected or returned undeliverable; or
  3. (c) if an entry is invalid or an entrant is disqualified or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Activity relating to the prize draw

In entering the prize draw, all entrants and winners agree to participate in any promotional activity relating to the prize draw, which may include entry content, voice, image and name for publicity purposes (in any media, print or online, including any websites, social media sites or third party retailer websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material (whether or not related to the prize draw) free of charge without additional compensation or prior notice. Use of Entry Content
