EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY - 90 DAYS
In light of the current circumstances, we have extended our returns policy from 28 days to 90 days until further notice. This applies to all purchases made on our website.
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us using our online Contact Us Form, stating your order number, reasons for return and the date the order was returned.
All other terms and conditions related to returns and refunds applies.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE RETURNS
If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.
Please call Customer Services on 0800 917 1842, Monday-Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm and Saturday: 9.00am - 12.00pm, excluding public holidays to schedule a replacement.
To return merchandise to lancome.co.uk, please follow the following steps:
1/ Please fill out the Return Merchandise section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.
2/ Affix the return label provided on your packing slip to the outside of the return package.
If the label is not available, please contact Customer Services on 0800 783 4509, Monday-Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm and Saturday: 9.00am - 12.00pm, excluding holidays, or contact us online.
3/ Send the merchandise back to our returns processing department, and we will process your refund/exchange within 21 working days. We will process a refund for postage costs in the case of returned products.
ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR RETAIL PARTNERS
We are sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise purchased at a Lancôme retail partner. At Lancôme we respect our partnerships with our trusted retailers and aim to create policies that are beneficial to the customer, the retailer and Lancôme. As a result, all items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
