GIFT WITH PURCHASE RETURNS
If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS
Please call Customer Services on 0800 783 4509, Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6.00pm, excluding public holidays to schedule a replacement.

FREE RETURNS PROCESS
To return merchandise to lancome.co.uk, please follow the following steps:
1/ Please fill out the Return Merchandise section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.
2/ Affix the return label provided on your packing slip to the outside of the return package.
If the label is not available, please contact Customer Services on 0800 783 4509, Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm, excluding holidays, or contact us online.
3/ Send the merchandise back to our returns processing department, and we will process your refund/exchange in 5-10 working days.


ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR RETAIL PARTNERS
We are sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise purchased at a Lancôme retail partner. At Lancôme we respect our partnerships with our trusted retailers and aim to create policies that are beneficial to the customer, the retailer and Lancôme. As a result, all items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
